Nothing is more romantic than a summer wedding! It was the 27th of July this year, a lovely warm and balmy day and love was definitely in the air. Trichy is a small almost quiet town in South India with it’s fair share of Anglo-Indian population. Grace and Angelo had known each other for years now and had decided to tie the knot on this beautiful day.
Like every wedding house, the buzz and energy was at it’s peak right from sunrise.. While the bride and her troop headed to the salon to get dolled up, the groom hung out with his brothers and close friends trying to garner whatever wisdom he could about married life while the last few hours of his singlehood lasted!
The nuptials were scheduled at 4:00 pm in a quaint little chapel. It was a beautiful service with the priest dishing some great advice for the couple. The mass was followed by the sea of relatives wishing the newly-weds.
And then it was time to celebrate the new man and wife, time for merriment. Like all Catholic weddings, the reception kicked off with the grand march and the first dance followed by the greeting of the couple by all the friends and family. And what’s a celebration without some dancing and feasting! The guests were treated to some scrumptious traditional and continental delights, everyone going back home happy!
Grace and Angelo here’s wishing you both a very happy married life.
Thanks for having me over and shoot your engagement and wedding 😉
